About this project
Meat production is a feed-conversion exercise with a deadline. Stock that reaches weight late costs more to get there and arrives into a different market than the one it was planned for.
This work covered raising livestock for commercial meat supply: stocking, feeding to target weight, health cover through the cycle, and planning the offtake.
